This is an exciting share of some amazing work Rebecca Bathurst-Hunt and Allie Apels have been doing together. They have published a Kindness Ninja Inquiry Workbook with the intention of providing something that can be used during remote learning, is helpful to teachers AND students AND families, and provides some much needed inspiration during some turbulent times.
Please have a look at the resource and download it here. It is designed and created to guide learners through open-ended questions. These questions will support students in considering acts of kindness while participating in the Kindness Ninja Movement. This is so much more than a traditional workbook so please have a look at how this flips workbooks on their heads! During physical distancing with some of our learners at home and some at school this resource provides agency through a balance of reflection and action through planning acts of kindness. Although each workbook may appear to be the same, each child will approach it in a personalized way.
Please have a deeper look at Rebecca’s online space and Allie’s online space for more of their work.
